Context Kuba & Friends is a creative design agency built on relationships. Instead of following the traditional agency model, founder Kuba Wieczorek has assembled a collective of top talent he's encountered over the past two decades—now collaborators and friends.
As one of these friends, I was delighted when Kuba asked me to design a logotype that embodies this spirit of collaboration. It does this using a unique ligature '&' that connects 'Kuba' to 'Friends.' We then enlisted the help from another friend, Lewis from Polytype, to transform this concept into a custom font.
